You will be able to learn all the boxing techniques while releasing all your days stress out!       A great way to get in shape while enjoying learning an interesting new hobby!

WHAT IS Gymnastics?

This class starts all together with a group warm-up and stretch, followed by basic tumbling drills.  Class require no prior gymnastics / tumbling experience. Just follow the instructor & enjoy!
